Awareness camp conducted by SGT Naturopathy and Yoga Hospital  in collaboration with Faculty of Pharmacy – SGT University at Daulatabad Village

The Faculty of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at SGT University, Gurugram and the SGT College of Pharmacy collaborated to organize the “Awareness and Health Checkup Camp.” The event was coordinated by Dr. Drishti Saini, a resident medical officer, and Ms. Arti Sharma, a yoga therapist, under the direction of Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Bhalla, SGT COP Dean, and Dr. Rajiv Rastogi, FNYS Dean. Sonika Shrivastav, Dr. Shweta Mishra, and Dr. Vaibhav Walia. Over 50 residents of the village Dalutabad participated in this health screening and awareness camp.

The participants received a free health camp as well as counseling for their illnesses and lifestyle changes. The body temperature, heart rate, BMI, and various blood sugar levels were also recorded. Prof. Vijay Bhalla and Dr. Rajiv Rastogi served as the event’s organizers. The coordinators also learned about the health problems that the Daultabad village residents were experiencing. The students found the event to be successful because they learned about the health issues facing society and gained knowledge from the counseling and awareness sessions.

Both the instructors and the students celebrated the event’s success, and everyone who took part was happy with how it turned out.
